We pray that you are safe and healthy. We want to recognize and celebrate seniors who are members of the Day Dawn Baptist Church.  

In keeping with tradition, we will gift each high school graduate with a Bible and $25.00. All college (e.g., Certifications, Associates, Bachelors, etc.) and advance degree recipients (e.g., Masters, Doctorate) will be gifted a mountable engraved plaque. 

Use the form to submit information to assist us in the purchase of Bibles, plaques, etc.

In addition, please upload a photograph of yourself for us to use as a part of our recognition.
